Kübler Swiss Dry Gin
The story
Created a few years ago to meet the needs of a loyal customer in Asia, Kübler Swiss Dry Gin is an artisanal gin produced according to a secret technique and typically Swiss in character. Our main aim was to distil a modern, well-rounded and floral gin, complemented by subtle notes of spice that reflect Switzerland’s classic botanicals and berries. As we tasted the samples, it became clear that we needed to bring out the gin’s organoleptic character and essence through juniper notes. The result is Kübler Swiss Dry Gin, a modern gin whose classic notes reflect its original and traditional character. When creating the recipe, we had to take into account the challenge posed by the new “Swissness” legislation.
The recipe
Along with the classic botanicals, Kübler Swiss Dry Gin incorporates a range of Swiss flowers and berries such as edelweiss, lavender, blueberry, elderberry, lemon balm, and Val-de-Travers absinthe.
The production process
Kübler Swiss Dry Gin is distilled in a copper still according to tradition. The alcohol is obtained through the triple distillation of selected grains. The water we use is one of the finest in Switzerland, lending the distillate a distinctive finesse.
The 46% Vol. alcohol content was selected to provide the perfect balance of flavors and alcohol.
